Alcoholic Bactisine Alcoholic Disinfectant 2000

BACTISINE ALCOHOL 2000 is a hydroalcoholic solution containing a quaternary ammonium salt (Benzalkonium chloride). The association between Isopropyl alcohol and Benzalkonium chloride exerts a synergic germicidal effect so that the product can be considered an intermediate level disinfectant suitable for the treatment of non-critical surgical medical devices and some semicryptic.

The main properties of the product, alongside the high germicidal efficacy and broad spectrum of action, are:
• (a) high detergent power that facilitates the separation of organic particles;
• b) the ability to distribute uniformly across all instrument surfaces;
• c) full respect for the sharpening of sharp tools;
• d) the ability to protect them from oxidation due to the presence of an antioxidant.

Applications and methods of use
• Disinfection of non-critical and semicritical surgical medical devices: non-critical and semicritical items are made up of devices or surfaces of equipment that involve low or medium risk of transmitting infectious agents. They include facial masks, electrocardiogram electrodes, pans, and all other items that usually do not come into contact with the mucous membranes.
• Decontamination and simultaneous deterrence of surgical instruments and medical devices as provided by Decree 28 September 1990: Standards for protection against professional HIV transmission in public and private health and care facilities; "After use, reusable devices must be immediately immersed in a recognized HIV-infectious chemical disinfectant prior to dismantling or cleaning, to be carried out as a sterilization preparation."

• Temporary Sterile Storage of Surgical Instruments: When removing the instruments from the solution, remove them aseptically sterile.
1. Disinfection of clean tools: 1 minute
2. Decontamination of instruments before cleaning and sterilization: 5 minutes
3. Temporary Sterile Storage of Surgery: --------
BACTISINE ALCOHOL 2000 is a ready-to-use solution that does not require any dilution.
